Introducing our newest customer forum members
Our Customer Forum ensures that you as customers can influence what we do and how we do it.
The Forum tracks our performance and influences our decisions. We’ve recently welcomed four new members to the Customer Forum.
To find out more information about all the new members of our Customer Forum, go to The Hub.
We’re always looking for new people to join our Customer Forum and help us improve the services we deliver. We currently have two vacancies which we're looking to fill and we'd love to hear from anyone who’s interested in getting involved.
Your skills and input can help to make the difference.
Now retired, Terry spent his career working in the property and facilities management sector.
He’s proud and privileged to have worked at places such as Alton Towers and for football clubs including Chelsea and Nottingham Forest, as well as for Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service.
Terry became one of our customers when relocating to Lincolnshire and decided to join the Customer Forum to do his bit to ensure the customer voice is heard.
Having worked in tenancy support, Francis is keen to bring his experience to the Customer Forum.
He’s been one of our customers for three years and has worked in homelessness support planning, helping people with complex needs to access appropriate permanent housing.
Francis believes that quality affordable housing should be accessible to everyone and wants to ensure people get the support they need to sustain their tenancies.
Tina, who’s lived in Spalding for three years, hopes to bring her wealth of experience from working for a local council to the Customer Forum.
Having worked in local government for 18 years, Tina's gained expertise across health and safety, repairs and customer service and she believes this experience showcases her dedication to delivering quality services to residents.
She also volunteers with her local food bank and has supported Ukrainian communities.
Valerie has more than 30 years’ experience of working in the social housing sector and hopes to bring her knowledge and expertise to the role.
She has experience working in areas including housing benefits, tenancy management, arrears and housing strategy.
Valerie became a customer of ours two years ago and she’s determined to challenge the mediadriven perception of social housing customers.
