Colleague training: Wednesdays until 10.30am

Please note: due to colleague training our Contact Centre is closed until 10.30am on Wednesdays. If you need to report an emergency repair during this time, please call us on 0800 111 4013 and our out of hours team will be able to assist you. Normal service will resume at 10.30am.

Best times to contact us

We know that waiting on the phone can be frustrating. We’re trying to answer your call as soon as we can. Please remember that our colleagues are here to help you - we ask that you treat them with respect. We will not allow anyone to be abusive and colleagues can end a call if the abuse continues. Thank you for being patient.
 
If your call isn't an emergency, the best times to call us, Monday to Friday, are between 9.30am and 11.30am and from 2.30pm to 4.30pm

For any non-emergency repairs, you can report these online.

Our contact centre is closed over the weekend and bank holidays for any non-emergency calls. Please continue to get in touch to report any emergency issues outside of normal office hours.

 

 


Requesting a call back

To make things easier when you call our contact centre, some of our lines now let you ask for a call back from one of our advisors. This doesn’t apply for calls about emergency repairs, due to their urgency.

If you’ve been waiting on hold for about three minutes, you’ll hear an option to request a call back instead of staying on the line.

If you choose this, you won’t lose your place in the queue. When it’s your turn, a Customer Service Advisor will call you back to help with your enquiry.

If we can’t get through the first time, our system will try again within two hours.

For all other phone lines, please stay on the line and one of our team members will answer your call as soon as they can.
