Home safety – getting the basics right
We are committed to ensuring every home we manage has:

For our flats and other properties with communal areas we also ensure there are:
- up-to-date fire risk assessments and an evacuation plan

Home safety – what you can do
Some simple precautions can be taken by all customers to ensure their homes are free from hazards to their health and safety.
How to guides
Mears, our repairs, heating and servicing contractor, has produced a series of helpful videos and factsheets to help you perform basic repairs in your home.
While these videos will help you to carry out basic DIY repairs, if you need to report a major repair, please call us on 0300 123 1745 and press option 1, followed by option 2 to report it.
