Unfortunately, we’ve recently seen an increase in aggressive and abusive treatment of our colleagues when they’ve been on the phone to customers.
We appreciate that waiting on the phone can be frustrating and we’re always working to answer your call as soon as we possibly can.
When on the phone to our colleagues, please remember that they’re here to help you. They’ll always treat you with respect and courtesy and we thank you in advance for doing the same in return.
We won’t tolerate any abuse of our colleagues and they reserve the right to terminate a call if they consistently experience abuse.
