My.Amplius

1. Go to my.amplius.co.uk and click register. 
2. Enter your first name, surname, date of birth and your tenancy number or agreement number. Not sure what this is? Contact us. 
3. Enter your email – this will be used for login.  
4. Create a password – this needs to at least eight characters long and include: 
   •    a capital letter 
   •    a lowercase letter 
   •    a number  
   •    a special character (e.g !?@#$%^&*) 
5. Select how you want to receive your one-time passcode. 
6. Once you’ve entered the code, you’ve finished registration and can use My.Amplius.

2. Click “forgotten your password”. 
3. Enter your email address 
4. We’ll then send you an email with a link to reset your password

3. Enter your first name, surname, date of birth and your tenancy number or agreement number. And press next.  
4. We’ll then send a reminder to the email address linked to your account.
