Want to manage your tenancy online?
Then sign up to My.Amplius – a single portal bringing all Amplius customers together.
With My.Amplius you can:
- check your personal details
- update your communication preferences
- check your rent statement.
- Go to my.amplius.co.uk and click register.
- Enter your first name, surname, date of birth and your tenancy number or agreement number. Not sure what this is? Contact us.
- Enter your email – this will be used for login.
- Create a password – this needs to at least eight characters long and include:
• a capital letter
• a lowercase letter
• a number
• a special character (e.g !?@#$%^&*) - Select how you want to receive your one-time passcode.
- Once you’ve entered the code, you’ve finished registration and can use My.Amplius.
Forgotten your password? Don’t worry, we can help.
- Go to my.amplius.co.uk
- Click “forgotten your password”.
- Enter your email address
- We’ll then send you an email with a link to reset your password
Can’t remember the email address you use to log in? Don’t worry, we can help.
- Go to my.amplius.co.uk
- Click “forgotten your email”.
- Enter your first name, surname, date of birth and your tenancy number or agreement number. And press next.
- We’ll then send a reminder to the email address linked to your account.
