Floating support
Our Floating Support Service is designed to provide short-term and targeted support to rough sleepers who are in emergency temporary accommodation to help them with finding a settled home.
We’ll also provide short-term support to rough sleepers who’ve been identified as having a support need to set up and sustain their tenancies, as well as those with an existing tenancy that’s at risk of failure due to rent arrears, anti-social behaviour or for any other reason.
The service is designed to ensure those who’ve been sleeping rough have access to all the services they need to support them in sustaining their tenancy and begin the process of finding employment.
We’ll also work closely with the Safer off the Streets programme in Peterborough to do everything we can to reduce homelessness in the city.
Where our own service can’t support an individual, we’ll make sure referrals are made to specialist services who can help them.
