Join our Customer Forum

We’re looking for new members to join the Longhurst Group Customer Forum to help us improve the services we provide.

The Customer Forum was originally launched so that you can influence what we do and how we do it. By joining the panel, you’ll track our performance and influence our decisions.

Our Customer Forum brings many benefits to the organisation, including:

  • Providing customer assurance to our Board and senior leaders.
  • Ensuring you as customers are part of our decision-making.
  • Giving you opportunities to learn new skills and gain qualifications.
  • Helping to improve our services for all of our customers.

Helen Bird, Customer Engagement Manager, said: “Our Customer Forum is a really important panel as it ensures a link between customers and our Board when decisions are made.
