Meet the Team
Longhurst Group's Land Team has a wealth of specialist knowledge, with dedicated land managers working alongside planning and technical colleagues.
The Land Team sources and acquires new sites for development across our operational area.
We are interested in a range of opportunities from joint ventures and private sale developments to fully affordable grant-funded schemes.
Thanks to the way we engage with local authorities and other public sector organisations, we will also consider complex and challenging sites at any stage of the planning cycle.
Our experienced team has planning and technical expertise and can swiftly convert new opportunities from initial site identification to legal completion.
