Our Reading Panels bring together customers who’ve a keen interest in reviewing and checking letters and documents.
Using their skills and experiences, customers receive letters via email, checking the content against criteria such as:
- Does the letter use plain English?
- Is the wording understandable?
- Is the tone/style right for the subject matter?
- Is there anything you find confusing?
- Would you recommend any amendments/suggestions?
This is a perfect engagement opportunity for anyone who wants to have an impact on how we communicate with our customers and enjoys some reading too!
