Improving Lives Hardship Fund

The Improving Lives Hardship Fund will support our Improving Lives strategy by providing practical one-off support to those customers in urgent need.

The main aim of the Hardship Fund is to alleviate the stress and trauma caused by financial hardship and poverty.

All applications to The Hardship fund are assessed in line with an agreed eligibility criteria. The Hardship fund has limited funds available and awards are based on available funding.
