New communal cleaning customer portal launched

We’ve launched new portals to help customers track their communal cleaning service.
This new functionality will help customers see when we’re next due to carry out the service at their home, as well as when we last visited.
The first portal to go live covers our East and West regions and can be used via a simple postcode lookup.
Clive Pridgeon, Deputy Director of Property Services, said: “We know how important it is to customers to be able to track their communal cleaning service, so we’re delighted to have launched our new portals.
“Lots of work has been done with our contractors to get these live and I hope customers will find them useful.
“Our colleagues will also have access to the portals, so we’re able to help any customers who don’t have the internet to get this information.
“I’d like to thank our customers for their patience while we set up the portals.”
Please be aware that the Atlas FM portal for customers in our South region will go live as soon as possible.
Any customers without access to the internet can call us and one of our colleagues will be able to share the information with them.
