Digital Switchover
Landline phones are switching from analogue to digital, which could stop some Lifeline alarms from working.
If you or someone you know uses a Lifeline alarm that connects to a home phone line, please contact the landline provider as soon as possible. They’ll help make sure the alarm keeps working through the switchover.
