We offer a personalised service to help you remain independent in your own home for as long as possible.
Working with you, we can help support you to achieve your personal goals whilst continuing to live at home. The level of support you need may vary, so we can change your hours to suit your needs.
Our aim is to ensure you remain independent whilst offering new experiences, improving your general well-being and quality of life.
Reliable and flexible, our service is available seven days a week, 365 days a year. You are allocated your own support worker, who works closely with you, providing information providing information as well as practical and emotional support to help you develop daily living skills, improve your health and well-being and personal resilience.
Our service also provides a variety of support options to suit a range of needs. This includes: one-to-one support from a peer mentor, specialist group workshops and group activities. These provide the opportunity to improve confidence, reduce isolation and learn new skills to develop and sustain independence.
