Accommodation overview
- 277 Eastfield Road provides independent self-contained one and two-bed flats for men and women with profound and enduring mental health.
- Individuals can receive additional support through our Peterborough Mental Health outreach service, dependent on their individual needs.
- Designed for those with a high level of support need so a package of care would be a requirementÂ
Facilities/access
- Accommodation includes a communal kitchen/dining area and garden.
- The service is accessed via referrals through Adult Mental Health Locality Team and/or Adult Social Care.
- Within the Local Authority of Peterborough City Council.
Support
- Residents have a dedicated key worker who provides reassurance, encouragement and life skills training.
- Social events and monthly residents’ meetings are also a feature of the project.
- We can support with medication compliance, budgeting, shopping, building up domestic and social skills, maintaining tenanciesÂ
- The project is available from 8.30am to 8.30pm, 365 days a year.
