• The service is accessed through Peterborough Mental Health Outreach Service and by referrals received through Adult Mental Health Locality Team and/or Adult Social Care. 
• Within the Local Authority of Peterborough City Council.
• Includes monthly residents meetings and social events at Eastfield Road if you wish to attend.

Support

• Individuals receive community-based outreach support through Peterborough Mental Health Outreach Service which is tailored to their individual circumstances and needs.
• We can support with medication compliance, budgeting, shopping, building up domestic and social skills, maintaining tenancies .
