Work to begin on new affordable housing development in Ramsey

Longhurst Group is delighted to announce that work is about to begin on a development of more than 50 new affordable homes in the market town of Ramsey.

We are delivering a total of 52 homes on a new site on St Mary’s Road, in partnership with Seagate Homes.

Work to clear the site is now taking place, with the development expected to be complete by 2022.

A total of 29 homes will be available for social rent, with 13 offered for Shared Ownership and a further 10 made available through the Rent to Buy scheme – a Government initiative that eases the transition of renting to buying a home.

The project is being delivered with the support of Huntingdonshire District Council and grant funding through our strategic partnership with Homes England.
