New payment messaging system

We want to make it easier for you to manage your account with us and get support when you need it.

That’s why we’re bringing in a new text messaging system from 25 June.

From then, we’ll be able to send you text messages about your account, including safe payment links. The texts will show as being from Amplius if your phone supports this function, or they may come from one of the phone numbers listed below. You may also get an automated call from one of these three numbers:

  • Payment support – 0800 048 8147
  • Homeownership – 0800 048 8172
  • Former tenant – 0800 098 4953

So why not add the relevant one to your contacts – that way you’ll always know it’s from us.

And remember, if you’re ever not sure about a text you get from Amplius, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
