My.Amplius – launching on 13 May

On Wednesday 13 May we're bringing all Amplius customers together on a single portal, called My.Amplius. 

To use it, you’ll need to register from 13 May. 

If you previously used Longhurst’s “My Account”, we’ll send you the information you need soon.  

With My.Amplius you can:

  • Check your personal details  
  • Update your communication preferences
  • Check your rent statement. 

Once My.Amplius customer portal is live, the “My Account” portal will close.
