Longhurst Group publishes latest annual report

We're delighted to announce that our annual report and financial statements for 2022/23 have now been published.
Entitled Resetting Our Focus For Future Success, the report showcases our performance over the last 12 months and outlines the challenges we've faced and our commitment to improving our services for our customers.
The report is hosted on an interactive, online platform and is enriched with animated graphics and video testimonials to highlight the positive difference that we make to our customers, colleagues and communities.
Julie Doyle, Chief Executive, said: “Reputationally, the sector is under closer scrutiny than ever before, with registered providers facing sharpened political, regulatory and media focus about the way we respond to key issues like damp and mould, disrepair and complaints.
“While we navigate this enhanced focus, we continue to face our own challenges, particularly around the repairs service our customers receive and the number of complaints we’re responding to.
“It’s crucial that we remember that the people most affected by these issues are our customers and we must refocus on doing everything we can to improve the services they receive.
“With all of this in mind, we’ve produced an annual report that we hope strikes the right balance of acknowledging where we need to improve, and more importantly how we’re going to do that, as well as celebrating where we’ve performed well and made a positive difference to people’s lives.”
