Group appointed to new national framework

Longhurst Group is delighted to have been appointed to Homes England’s new £20bn procurement framework.

The new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will make it easier for organisations like ourselves to access land owned by Homes England – the Government’s housing delivery agency.

In a further boost to our ambitions to deliver 5,000 new homes by 2031, we’ve been appointed to the DPS for both large and small sites, meaning we can bid on broad range of opportunities.

We’re joined on the list by fellow housing associations and major housebuilders as well as national and SME contractors.

It also closely follows the announcement that we, along with Nottingham Community Housing Association, has secured £230m as a Strategic Partner for the AHP 2021-26 grant programme.

It’s a testament to the fantastic work that’s being done by our team and a further endorsement of our status as a leading provider of the homes people want, where they’re needed most.
