Your new My Account – launching this summer
As part of the switch, the existing My Account portal was taken offline at 5.15pm on Wednesday, 23 June.
Unfortunately, due to technical issues, the original 12 July launch date of the refreshed My Account platform has been delayed until later in the summer. If you require any support before the new platform goes live, please use the Contact Us form on our website.
Registering to use the new platform
In the coming weeks, we'll send you an email with more details inviting you to register with the new platform.
It's really important that you do this, as you won't be able to use your existing login details with the new platform.
