Accessing My Account
All customers will receive registration details for My Account when they join Longhurst Group - for security purposes, these will be sent by post in two separate letters.
If you have lost your letters, or have not received them, please let us know by filling out the form on our My Account support page.
All Longhurst Group customers who have registered with My Account can access their accounts here:
I'm a former customer of Friendship Care and Housing, L&H Homes or Spire Homes - how do I access My Account?
From Thursday 30 January 2020, former Friendship Care and Housing, L&H Homes and Spire Homes customers can now log in to Longhurst Group’s My Account at: myaccount.longhurst-group.org.uk
Don't worry, you will still be able to use your existing log in details, and once you've logged in everything will work the same way – you can still view your rent statement, report a repair and change your personal details.
Also, if you have the log in page for your old account saved as a favourite, you'll be taken automatically to the new log in page from Thursday 30 January.
