My Account is a personal, secure online account to help you manage your tenancy all in one place.
With My Account you can:
- Check your personal details
- Pay your rent
- Check your rent statement.
Accessing My Account
All customers will receive registration details for My Account when they join Longhurst Group - for security purposes, these will be sent by post in two separate letters.
If you have lost your letters, or have not received them, please let us know by filling out the form on our My Account support page.
