Seaside and Country Homes

We don’t hold waiting lists for our homes. This means that anyone who’s looking for a home needs to register with their local council via their chosen nomination scheme – for example, Choice Based Lettings. 

Please be aware, however, that registering for your local council’s housing list doesn’t guarantee that you’ll end up living in one of our homes.

We also reserve the right to use fast-track lettings through methods such as Rightmove for some of our homes. This won’t affect our legal requirements for the number of homes made available to local councils for their housing lists.
