We don’t hold waiting lists for our homes in Leicestershire - you need to register with your local council via their chosen nomination scheme – for example, Choice Based Lettings. 

Please be aware, that registering for your local council’s housing list doesn’t guarantee that you’ll end up living in one of our homes.

We also reserve the right to use fast-track lettings through methods such as Rightmove for some of our homes. This won’t affect our legal requirements for the number of homes made available to local councils for their housing lists.
