Christmas opening hours
Our Contact Centres will close at 5pm on Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24 December) and will reopen at 8.30am on Friday 2 January (repairs) and 9am for all other lines.
This means any emails or online forms that you submit over our closure period will be picked up on our return.
For complaints, we'll acknowledge any complaints received throughout our closure period within five working days from 2 January 2026.
