If you live in one of the counties highlighted in the map below, your repairs contractor may have changed. 

From today, Fortem are carrying out repairs in these regions. You will have been told this already if it affects you. Their teams have uniforms and vans with this logo on:

They’ll always show ID, and you’re welcome to call us to check – they’ll be happy to wait.

How you report repairs won’t change. You can still do this by completing this online form or giving us a call.
