We’re changing one of our repairs contractors

We’re making a change to one of our repairs contractors in our western counties – please see map below.

From 1 April, Fortem, who have been our trusted partner for many years, will be carrying out repairs in these regions. 

For those affected, we’ll be in touch with you closer to the change with a bit more information. 

The important thing to know is that how you report repairs won’t change. You can still and will continue to do this by completing this online form or giving us a call.
