We’re carrying out a survey

At Amplius, our vision is to go further and do more for our customers. To do this, we want to make sure we design our services to meet your needs.  

That’s why you might be contacted by our research partners who are carrying out a survey for us. This will be in the next few weeks in one of two ways: 

  • Email through a company called Maru. 
  • Telephone through a company called PFA Research. They would call from a number beginning 01326. 

It will take about 15 minutes to finish the survey and all of your responses are completely anonymous and confidential.  

Some of the questions are sensitive, and about health and wellbeing. This is to help us understand your needs. Don’t worry, you can skip a question if you want.  

As a thank you, everyone who does the survey will get a £5 digital Amazon voucher. These will be sent directly to you from Maru. 

So look out for the email from Maru. Or if PFA Research call you, don't worry - it is legitimate.

What is this survey for?

We want to understand what our customer base looks like, how they think and act, and what we can do to shape our services to meet customer needs. 

Why are we doing it?

We want to: 

  • Make sure that we’re meeting the needs of our customers 
  • Make sure that we know who our customers are 
  • Make sure that we know how satisfied our customers are 
  • Build our services so they fit around our customers’ needs 

To do this, we need to know more about customers. That’s why we’re carrying out the survey. 

Why are some questions so personal? 

They are in depth questions based on qualitative research interviews that allow us to understand values and actions. 

The answers we get will help us to design services that customers actually want and need. 

And don’t worry, your responses will not be linked to your tenancy records. They will also not impact on your tenancy or the day-to-day service that you currently receive. 

What’s in it for customers? 

By providing better information to Amplius, it will help us provide a better service that meets customer needs and expectations.  

Every customer who completes it will also be offered a £5 Amazon voucher as a thank you for their time.  

What does it mean for customers? 

They will have to answer some in-depth questions about themselves. 

Amplius will use these responses to build an understanding of our customer base and design services. 

No one will miss out on a service offer because of how they answer a question. 

Do customers have to take part? 

No. If you don’t want to take part, you don’t have to. However, we’d like as many customers as possible to do it, as it will help us better shape our services.
