Make your voice heard

Here at Amplius, we believe it’s really important to hear ideas and opinions from all our customers. 

That’s why we have Voice - our customer feedback platform. It’s completely anonymous and lets you give us your views and opinions. 

As a member of Voice you’ll have the opportunity to give us your opinion on a range of topics including: 

• new concepts 
• ideas to improve service and experience 
• and scrutinise our performance. 

You can decide how much or how little you want to be involved across a range of different surveys, polls, discussions and even some fun stuff. Everything is completed in the privacy of your own home at a time that suits you. You’ll also be able to share your ideas with other customers and see what they think and feel too.

We’ll ask for your feedback on a regular basis. Even if you sign up, there’s no pressure to get involved in every activity – taking part is optional and the variety will give you the opportunity to participate in activities and topics that you are interested in.
