Latest affordable homes completed in Louth
24 June 2025
More affordable homes have been completed in a Lincolnshire town.
We’re working with housebuilder Lovell on the Tennyson Fields development in Louth.
In total, 49 homes on the development will be allocated as affordable, being made available on a Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy and affordable rent basis.
More than 20 of the affordable homes have now been completed, with the latest two handed over to us earlier this week.
Marcus Keys, Chief Development and Commercial Officer, said: “Our partnership with Lovell at Tennyson Fields is critical to help address the affordable housing situation in this part of Lincolnshire.
“We’re very pleased with the progress being made at the site and is testament to our successful relationship.
“I’m looking forward to seeing work progress.”

The affordable housing provision at Tennyson Fields is helping to address the need for high-quality and affordable homes in the area.
Robert Adams, Regional Managing Director at Lovell, said: “This handover highlights the strength of our partnership with Amplius and our commitment to building quality homes that local communities can be proud of.
“We’re delighted to see residents moving in and beginning a new chapter at Tennyson Fields.”
The homes at Tennyson Fields are designed with a focus on modern living and community integration, offering comfortable, energy-efficient properties for local families.
It’s expected that the affordable homes at Tennyson Fields will be finished in the summer of 2026.
