Important changes coming soon

In April, we’re bringing in some changes that we feel will make a real difference to you and your community.

We’ve listened to your views and are acting on them. You said that you want us to provide a more local and personal service. These changes will help us to do just that. 

Our new-look Housing Officers will be here to help with most tenancy-related queries. They’ll get to know you and your neighbourhood, offering support in your home and connecting you with the right specialist teams when you need them. 

We’re also introducing Community Safety Officers, who will focus on tackling issues like anti-social behaviour. Their role is to help keep your neighbourhood safe, welcoming and a place you can feel proud of.

And our new-look Allocations Team will manage how customers apply for and move into homes, as well as things like mutual exchanges.

Once we’ve got the teams in place, we’ll let you know more details about the roles and how they affect you.
