We want to make sure our services reflect what matters most to the people who live in our homes. One way we do this is through our Regional Customer Voice Forums.

• Our customer forums provide an opportunity to:
• Share feedback about our services and your experiences
• Influence decisions and shape future plans
• Help us improve how we work across your region
• Represent the views of other customers in your community

You don’t need any experience to take part. We’re looking for customers who want to share their views, listen to others, and help us make things better. We’ll give you all the support you need.

The forums meet once a month and will cover lots of different topics.
