Customers help shape Amplius’ future plans

Last week, a group of involved customers joined Amplius Board members and colleagues for a workshop about our Corporate Plan.
It was the first time we brought everyone together like this to talk about what our priorities should be in the future. The session looked at what we call ‘Purposeful Impact’ - making sure what we do genuinely improves people’s lives.
Customers worked in mixed groups to:
- talk about what “safe, warm and affordable homes” mean to them
- look at the commitments in our Corporate Plan
- identify which things Amplius must do, should do and could do
- suggest new ideas that aren’t currently included that could make a real difference.
There were some great discussions, different views shared and lots of useful ideas about what matters most to customers.
We’ll now use all this feedback to help shape the next stage of the Corporate Plan.
This was a really positive step in making sure customer voices help guide decisions at Amplius - and we’ll run more sessions like this in the future.
