Affordable housing development near Boston finished

Dozens of affordable homes near Boston have been completed.

The Skylarks in Frampton is made up of 64 affordable homes and has been provided through our ongoing partnership with Allison Homes.

The final properties at the site have now been finished and handed over to us, ready for new residents to move in.

Marcus Keys, Chief Development and Commercial Officer, said: “The Skylarks helps address the need for quality and affordable housing in this area of Lincolnshire and gives local families and those who can’t afford to buy or rent homes on the open market the chance to find their ideal home.

“The homes meet good design practices and are fit for purpose both now and into the future.

“We’re delighted to see the final properties completed and handed over and we hope our new customers are happy with their new homes.”

We have a long-standing partnership with Allison Homes, with several sites across the country delivering hundreds of new and affordable homes.

The Skylarks is made up of one, two, three and four-bedroom houses with parking, private gardens and amenity spaces.

The homes have also been made available on various tenures, including social rent and Shared Ownership.
