We asked our garage customers to share their views about the garages they rent from Amplius. We wanted to know what they value, what could be improved, and how these spaces impact their daily lives.

Your voice
You would like:
- Repairs completed faster – with fewer delays once issues are reported
- Repairs to key elements of garages, such as roofs and doors, to be completed to a higher standard
- Consistent maintenance standards – so all garages are dry, safe and secure
- Better upkeep of surrounding areas – including maintaining overgrown hedges, plants and removal of litter
- Regular, more frequent checks to spot issues before they become worse
- Proper painting and visual upkeep
- Clearer communication – knowing when repairs will happen and to be kept updated
- Value for money – ensure garage rents reflect upkeep and condition
- More transparency around which garages are vacant or available to rent
