Here at Amplius, we believe it’s really important to hear ideas and opinions from all our customers.

As a member of Voice, our online community, you’ll have the opportunity to give us your opinion on a range of topics including new concepts, ideas to improve service and experience, and scrutinise our performance.

You can decide how much or how little you want to be involved across a range of different surveys, polls, discussions and even some fun stuff. Everything is completed in the privacy of your own home at a time that suits you - and it’s completely confidential and anonymous. You’ll also be able to share your ideas with other customers and see what they think and feel too.

We’ll ask for your feedback on a regular basis. Even if you sign up, there’s no pressure to get involved in every activity – taking part is optional and the variety will give you the opportunity to participate in activities and topics that you are interested in.
