Clean inspectors

Help us to monitor the cleaning service that you receive. Customers can train to be a clean inspector to help improve the quality of communal cleaning in their area.

This helps us to know where there are issues so we can action them quickly for our customers, but it also helps our customers learn more about what our contractors should be doing.

Customers complete an inspection of the cleaning that’s been completed and fill in a short form to let us know how the quality is. These are then reviewed by the Service Contracts Team and any necessary action is taken. All you need to become a clean inspector is to receive our communal cleaning service and have access to the internet.

Clean inspector training takes just one hour.

We ask that you complete one inspection per month (a maximum of two) and this should also only take one hour.

Don’t miss out on the chance to improve the service you receive and sign-up to become a clean inspector today.

As a token of our appreciation, customers receive a £10 voucher every time they complete four inspections.
