'We couldn't be happier!' Couple's joy after Shared Ownership purchase on Boolean Fields
Properties on our Boolean Fields development in Waddington represent the perfect opportunity for young families to take their first step on the property ladder.
That is what Holly Wright and Christopher Ellis have done, having bought a home on the development, just outside of the city of Lincoln.
The Shared Ownership option meant we could afford more house for the same money
The couple set their sights on the new development thanks to the opportunities it offered by way of Shared Ownership.
They settled on a three-bedroom property on Pears Close, and Holly, 21, said she and Christopher, 29, could not be happier.
“The Shared Ownership option meant we could afford more house for the same money,” said Holly.
“It gave us a lot more options and enabled us to get on the property ladder, ready for us to grow our family.
“The location of Boolean Fields was so very appealing to us and the house is a great size with a wonderful view. We are extremely happy with our purchase.”
I would definitely recommend Boolean Fields and other similar developments to other people – and in fact I already have!
Boolean Fields is named after renowned mathematician George Boole and sits at the foot of Station Road in Waddington, half a mile from where Boole ran a school in the village during the 1830s.
The name was chosen to reflect his connection to the village, which was also his home during his 20s.
Properties on the development can be purchased with shares ranging from 45 percent to 75 percent initially, with the option to purchase up to 100 percent whenever you are ready.
Holly said she was delighted with the support and guidance from Longhurst Group colleagues in the Sales Team, right throughout the process.
She added: “The Sales Team were a great team and we had lots of support from everyone throughout the process.
