Ashvale Place is our new Rent to Buy development in Tuxford, Nottinghamshire. It’ll be made up of two and three bedroom homes and we’re very excited to release them to you.

Tuxford is an interesting and historical town, can you tell us what the local area has to offer?
Conveniently situated close to the A1 for commuter access, Tuxford offers local amenities such as convenience stores and a doctor’s surgery and the library building dates from the 17th century.
One of the most historic landmarks is the Tuxford Windmill and tea rooms, while there are also local pubs and schools which are highly praised by Ofsted.
Can you tell us about Ashvale Place and what homes you are offering?
The development will deliver a total of 43 new homes, with 20 of them available on a Rent to Buy basis. The remaining 23 homes will be available for rent.
The Rent to Buy properties will consist of a mixture of five two-bedroom homes, which are known as The Exeter house type, and 15 three-bedroom homes, known as The Farley, The Cromwell, The Ford and The Ash.
All Rent to Buy homes benefit from allocated parking spaces and offer modern, convenient layouts, providing a mix of house designs to suit a variety of needs.
The Rent to Buy homes come with contemporary fitted kitchens, complete with integrated electric oven, hob and extractor hood, fitted carpets and floor coverings throughout. Our homes also benefit from a contemporary three-piece family bathroom as well as white wall finishes, fully enclosed rear gardens, off road parking and turf as standard.
The View Home sounds exciting, when will interested customers be able to view it?
We’ll be showcasing the beautiful three-bedroom Cromwell housetype as our View Home, which is anticipated to be available for viewings in the Spring. Don’t forget to register your interest, as we’ll be keeping all customers updated with exciting news on the launch of the View Home and future property releases.
Work on site has been going well, can you tell us when these properties will likely be available for customers?
The first homes are projected to be available from late Spring and early Summer, depending on build progress. Intertest in the homes at Ashvale Place has been extremely high, so make sure you don’t miss out by registering your interest.
