Six months into the financial year and 2020/21 is shaping up to be one of our most successful years, with close to 500 starts, 300 completions and 120 sales already, and we couldn't have achieved this without your support.

Some of the highlights include:

Securing £230m and maintaining Strategic Partner status with Homes England as part of the AHP 21-26 programme
Securing £100m as a deferred bond to support the business plan for 5,000 new homes
Gaining a place on the new Homes England Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)
Being on track to deliver 750 new homes this year – a new record for the Group
Launching a refreshed Development Strategy (You can hear more about this by watching the video below)
Starting on site with our first major MMC site – a 56 home development in Huntingdon.
However, we continue to face a number of challenges, including rising material and resource costs, securing positive planning decisions and maintaining a pipeline to sustain 800 homes a year.

Working together, I believe we can overcome these challenges and help raise the quality of design and delivery on site – which are key areas of focus within our development strategy.

The team is open for a conversation about how we can work together to deliver our ambitious programme and growth aspirations across the East and East Midlands.

Feel free to get in touch with me or one of my colleagues.

Marcus Keys, Executive Director of Growth and Development.
