Our Land and New Business Team has a wealth of specialist knowledge, with dedicated land managers working alongside planning consultants and technical colleagues.
The team sources and acquires new sites for development across our operational area.
We're interested in a range of opportunities from fully affordable grant-funded schemes to mixed tenure schemes, including outright sale.
Thanks to the way we engage with local authorities and other public sector organisations, we'll also consider complex and challenging sites at any stage of the planning cycle.
Our experienced team has planning and technical expertise and can swiftly convert new opportunities from initial site identification to legal completion.
