We provide high quality affordable housing for rent throughout Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. We manage over 3,300 homes for rent including over 1,500 for supported housing. Additionally, we manage nearly 1,000 garages.

We continue to develop new properties each year by working in partnership with many local authorities.

If you are interested in rented accommodation with Spire Homes, you will need to register with Nene Valley Homechoice.

Homechoice is a new scheme in which East Northamptonshire Council and Spire Homes are working together to improve customer choice in obtaining rented accommodation.  This is a new way of finding a home to rent giving you more choice about where you want to live. Available properties will be advertised and once you are registered with Nene Valley Homechoice you can make a bid on properties you are interested in that are suitable for your household.

What types of homes do we have?

General needs homes
These are for people who do not need support with their tenancy or the services of a scheme manager.

Sheltered homes
These homes have a scheme manager and are connected to a central control centre out of normal office hours. Tenants are able to live their lives independently within their own home but can contact someone immediately if they need help.

Special needs homes
We work in partnership with organisations such as Social Services as well as a number of voluntary agencies to provide suitable housing with the appropriate care and support.

Headway House

Garages
