About our Services

We offer core services, including Group Financial Services, Development, Human Resources Health & Safety, Marketing and Information Communication Technology (ICT).

General Management

Our team works to provide our whole Group with strategic leadership and support. We work with Board Members and the company managment teams developing new opportunities, managing governance matters and providing advice services to members of the Group.

Marketing

Tailored to meet the business needs of the Group and member companies, the marketing team work collaboratively with senior management teams to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing plan which embraces a wide range of marketing activities. These activities may include PR, creative services and production of materials, website management and organising key events such as Annual General Meetings.  For further information email the marketing team.

Group Financial Services

Providing services to all member companies in respect of Financial Planning and Control, Treasury Management, Regulatory Returns, Taxation and Risk Management. The role of Group Financial Services is wide ranging and diverse and is delivered by a committed team with a wealth of experience, who are constantly updating their knowledge and skills to facilitate the provision of business critical information and advice to all member companies.

Development

Handling all aspects of the development of new homes for all Group companies – initially identifying sites, forming partnerships with developers, attracting funding and handling the construction and completion of homes. The Group Development team also acts on behalf of around six other housing organisations outside the Group through POD, as well as co-ordinating the work of the development consortium.

Human Resources

The HR Directorate provides Human Resources and Health and Safety services to all companies in the Group.

In terms of HR, this involves recruitment and selection of staff, training and development, advice/guidance to line managers on day-to-day operational issues and short to long term policy development.

For Health and Safety, the primary objective is to support the line managers/staff in developing, supporting and training employees who work in many different services, to reduce risks and ensure safe working procedures.

ICT

The ICT department help Group companies get the most of ICT by providing the following services:

• ICT Help Desk service to log issues and resolve problems with ICT

• Support for the networks and telephony systems

• A Business Improvement service to increase the value and quality of software systems.
