Welcome to Keystone Developments
Keystone Developments is a new company within Longhurst Group, registered in 2001 to develop housing for sale and to carry out regeneration activities outside the operations of other Group companies. We are a non-distributive, not-for-profit company, Limited by Guarantee, registered with Companies House.
We specialise in the development of private retirement housing for sale, with ongoing management provided by other Group companies. Keystone also develops starter homes for sale in response to local demands. Schemes are often developed in partnership with private developers and on mixed tenure sites.
Keystone provides a critical link between the private sector and the housing services of the Longhurst Group. The company addresses housing needs and demands by bringing together the development activities and experience of Longhurst Group, to achieve dynamic growth whilst providing a full spectrum of services.
