Libra Treasury

As part of the capital market issue and loan restructuring process, the Group established special purpose funding arms to the business. Libra (Longhurst Group) Treasury plc was introduced in May 2012, and Libra (Longhurst Group) Treasury No 2 plc was introduced in March 2018, both to help facilitate new borrowing arrangements.

Libra entities manage the treasury arrangements and associated security for the bonds and new loan facilities on behalf of the Group.
