Spire Homes are Decent Homes - Ahead of the Government deadline

Spire Homes are well ahead of schedule to meet the Government’s Decent Homes standard. At the end of March, 100% of their homes throughout East Northamptonshire have achieved this standard – 9 months ahead of the Government deadline of December 2010.
