Julie Reader-Sullivan has over 15 years experience working with
organisations at a strategic level. She assists them with
aspects which include: developing their business, personal
development, leadership skills, team development and the Investors
in People Standard. Julie firmly believes that long term
sustainable growth within organisations can only be achieved
through the people working within them and therefore looking after
the greatest asset (the people) is crucial. Julie believes
that learning should be fun and therefore any development events
are fun and focussed. Julie has a background in both the
private and public sector.
