Meet Our People

People are our most important asset and with a high staff retention rate it comes as no surprise that our staff enjoy doing what they do. Our staff work extremely hard to deliver excellent services and to help maintain high standards. We ensure that they are equipped with the skills they need by providing extensive training and personal development opportunities. Below are a few of our people who have made the most of the opportunities available and had a number of achievements whilst working with Longhurst Group.

Jody Brooker
	Jody has been with Spire Homes since 2004, beginning in the repairs team. Jody has taken a number of training courses, gaining the necessary qualiications to become a Property Surveyor.
Liz Booker
	Liz is currently the Consortium Programme Officer for Longhurst Group. She has worked within the Group for the last 18 years taking full advantage of the training opportunities available which has seen her grow from development secretary to her current position.
Sophie Hall
	Sophie joined Friendship Care and Housing in 2003 as Team Leader in Home Support. Since then, her role has grown and developed as she has successfully led a number of new customer initiatives, becoming Head of Customer Services & Quality in 2011.
Tim Bray
	Tim is a Supported Housing Manager for L&H Homes. Tim has always been involved in care and support ever since leaving College in 1988 and since joining L&H in 2002 has developed himself and his career, gaining a number of key qualifications.
