Spire Homes
Spire Homes is a leading provider of quality affordable housing
in East Northamptonshire, Rutland and Wellingborough, managing
a total of 4,800 homes.
Spire is well known as a trailblazer in resident involvement and
was originally formed in February 2001 to receive the transfer of
housing stock from East Northamptonshire Council. In February 2006,
the association formed a partnership with Rutland County Council to
manage the housing service in Rutland and in summer 2009, tenants
voted overwhelmingly in favour to transfer the housing stock to
Spire in one of the highest ‘yes’ votes ever.
