Longhurst Group’s excellent reputation as an

The HR Directorate is responsible for
providing human resources management and advice, health and safety advice and
training, and specialist advice on sustainability
issues.
Our HR team can provide:
- Advice on employment issues, including the implications of
existing and new legislation
- HR management services
- Expert assistance in developing policies on issues such as
equality
and diversity and data protection
- Tailored packages to develop staff, based on the Group’s
successful implementation of a major learning programme, which has
helped to secure business efficiencies and contribute towards staff
retention
- Help with running and learning from staff surveys, following
our own experience of achieving a 73.7% satisfaction rate that puts
the Group in the top 16 per cent of all companies
- Advice on involving staff in achieving organisational excellence,
including Investors in
People and Investors in
Excellence.
